• An environmentally sound house inspection for the health and wellbeing of pets & people

• The visit will include a review of the following: household (home and garden) and pet products, nutrition, supplements, toys, water, energy and any other questions or concerns the client may have regarding their home/environment and the health and wellbeing of their pet(s)

• Our visits are for homes and gardens or workplaces – anywhere your pet spends time 

• We greatly appreciate it if the client has had time to review the website before the visit

• During the visit the entire residence/workplace (with the owner’s permission of course) will be inspected in a unconventional, respectful, loving and kind manner

• The visit/inspection will be thorough and the client/pet owner should expect some changes and be open to looking at new and improved ways of doing things 

• After our visit we can discuss the findings and the recommendations that arise from the inspection/visit to get things going and back in alignment with a healthier environment for your pet(s).  Most of our clients also request a complete follow-up report that covers all of the discussed findings, recommendations and resource listings.  This is very handy to refer to afterwards

• Everything C4PAW covers is for the health and wellbeing of the animal(s) but will most definitely benefit the care givers also and nothing should be taken personally or too seriously.  This should be exciting and fun!

• The findings in the report will be broken down easily for the owner to understand

• The cost is by the hour.  Visits can take anywhere from one to two hours to three hours.  It varies greatly depending on the number of animals, size of the house, health of the pet, etc.

• C4PAW charges $100 per hour and a visit is a one hour minimum

• C4PAW has a considerable sliding scale for Pet Hospice and Bereavement Services. Do not hesitate to call to discuss

• C4PAW loves referrals and any client who refers a new client for services will get a FREE C4PAW product of choice

• C4PAW post-inspection reports are $50 

• C4PAW will also remove all household hazardous waste (HHW) or as we know them; toxic household products and dispose of them according the San Diego Department of Public Works guidelines. This is $50

• C4PAW can also discuss some specific pet behavioral issues if necessary

• Everything C4PAW discusses with the client are recommendations only.  The client must make their best and most educated decision when dealing with the health and wellbeing of their animals and their home and consult a medical professional/veterinarian when/if necessary and particularly if they have a sick animal

Reverence for Life

Excerpt from Albert Schweitzer Speaks Out reprinted from 1964 World Book Year Book:

"At sunset of the third day, near the village of Igendja, we moved along an island set in the middle of the wide river. On a sandbank to our left, four hippopotamuses and their young plodded along in our same direction. Just then, in my great tiredness and discouragement, the phrase, 'Reverence for Life,' struck me like a flash. As far as I knew, it was a phrase I had never heard nor ever read. I realized at once that it carried within itself the solution to the problem that had been torturing me. Now I knew that a system of values which concerns itself only with our relationship to other people is incomplete and therefore lacking in power for good. Only by means of reverence for life can we establish a spiritual and humane relationship with both people and all living creatures within our reach. Only in this fashion can we avoid harming others, and, within the limits our capacity, go to their aid whenever they need us."
