When selecting a diet for your pets, remember that no one diet is going to satisfy all of the needs of every pet. But remember -
- The raw food diet is the best with few exceptions. All animals need liver and immune support first to ease detoxification. Never feed anything you can’t feed with love and confidence.
- No Artificial Colors or Flavors
- No By-Products
- No Chemical Preservatives
- No Ethoxyquin, BHA or BHT
- No Liver
When selecting a diet it should contain no by-products, corn, cottonseed, corncobs, citrus pulp, soy beans, fillers or other foreign materials such as noxious weeds, straw, hulls or chaff.
Most brands of dog food include some of these by-products and chemical preservatives. The use of low quality products and chemical preservatives may be associated with dry skin, allergic reactions, dental disease, poor health and degenerative organ dysfunction. We don’t recommend any particular diet but suggest the following:
- Adding some high grade protein to dry kibble once a day
- Feeding once per day or twice per day depending on the health of the digestive system of the pet
- No free feeding. You should allow the intestines a period of rest between meals to allow for repair and detoxification to take place
- Supplements – check out our Resource Page and ask your veterinarian
Water – NO TAP WATER EVER!
- Give your animals good filtered water always
- Our tap water is high in fluoride. This is not good for either owner or pet
- Also never let your pet drink any water outside of the house, particularly stagnant water

The human spirit is not dead. It lives on in secret.... It has come to believe that compassion, in which all ethics must take root, can only attain its full breadth and depth if it embraces all living creatures and does not limit itself to mankind.
